Today Midlands Bible Baptist Church, Bellvue, Nebraska, Pastor Dave Lydick, The US Airforce and more than forty law enforcement officers joined Kelly Taylor and her children, Morgan, Micah, and Miranda at a memorial service for Doug Taylor. Ever since I have known Doug he was a special friend to me. He had an excellent spirit and a "can do " attitude. He was one of the finest men l have known. Midlands Bible Baptist has been blessed to have had such a man on the church staff. We praise the Lord that his suffering is over and his countenance has been changed like unto the image of his glorious Savior. He filled the role of "2nd man" with an enthusiasm and optimism that has left an example for generations to come.
